✨ Prenatal Visits (2–3): 3–6 hours Birth Plan + Faith-Based Coaching: 2 hours Aromatherapy & Herbal Prep Session: 1 hour Optional Womb Blessing Ritual: 1 hour Labor Support: 10–15 hours Postpartum Visits (4 weeks access + 2–3 visits): 6–8 hours total 4 Weeks Postpartum Text/Voice Note Support: averaged into hours (2–3 hours equivalent)
